2. Downloading Application Forms

Applicants can download the application forms from www.coyeta.ac.tz, fill them correctly, and either:

• Send the completed form by post to the address below, or
• Scan and email it in PDF format to admissions@coyeta.ac.tz

3. Collecting Forms from Our Offices

Application forms can also be collected directly from our admission office and returned in person to the same location.
