To conduct training programmes, undertake research, and offer consultancy services in Business, Community Development, and cross-cutting issues for social and economic development — independently or in collaboration with other institutions.

To acquire, lease, or dispose of movable and immovable property through purchase, exchange, donation, hire, or any other legal means.

To borrow funds as approved by the Governing Board and invest in land or securities for general or special endowment purposes, or where funds are not needed for immediate use.

To offer capacity building and consultancy services to academic institutions, NGOs, CBOs, MFIs, Government Departments, UN Agencies, and business entities.

To carry out any other lawful activities that support or are consistent with the mission and vision of CoYETa.
